For swimming pools or permanent immersion, obtain confirmation of permitted depth, sealing, water chemistry and applicable electrical requirements. The rating of a finished installation depends on the complete system, including cut ends, connectors, cable entries and power supplies. Use the manufacturer’s sealing method and have electrical work performed by a licensed electrician.Choosing Drivers, Controllers and ProfilesSize a compatible 24V DC driver using strip wattage per metre multiplied by the installed length, with appropriate design headroom. Use a suitable aluminium profile for thermal management where specified by the manufacturer, and plan additional power feeds where needed to limit voltage drop.Related LED LightingCompare the 15W COB strip range, 24V LED drivers, LED profiles and LED strip connectors.
