Explore CERIAN CCT COB LED strip lights for projects that need adjustable white light. A compatible CCT system lets you select warmer or cooler white tones within the range specified for the strip, rather than committing to one fixed colour temperature.

Where to use adjustable-white COB strips

Consider CCT strips for shelving, display features, joinery and architectural details where changing the shade of white is useful. COB technology can produce a smooth-looking line of light; the final appearance depends on the strip, profile, diffuser and mounting position. Check the product’s approved installation conditions for your location.

Choose a compatible controller and driver

Confirm the strip’s voltage, wiring layout, power per metre and available colour-temperature range. CCT strips need compatible dual-white controls to adjust the white-light mix. A driver or single-colour dimmer alone does not necessarily provide colour-temperature control.

Browse LED controllers and LED drivers, and read our 24V driver selection guide. Match the total connected load, controller current rating and permitted run length to the exact products.

CCT strip buying questions

How is CCT different from a fixed-white LED strip?

A fixed-white strip has a specified white-light colour temperature. A tunable-white CCT strip is designed to offer an adjustable range when used with the appropriate controls. Compare 3000K and 4000K light to understand warmer and cooler white appearances.

Does CCT mean RGB colour-changing?

No. Adjustable white and RGB colour control are different functions. Check the listing for the functions included; do not assume a CCT strip can produce decorative red, green and blue colours.

What else should I check before buying?

Confirm PCB width, cutting interval, roll length, IP rating and mounting requirements. Choose compatible aluminium profiles and connectors for the actual strip.
